This policy describes how Beauty NP ("we," "us") handles information collected through beauty-np.com. It covers the website itself. Health information you share during care is protected separately: as a healthcare practice we handle protected health information in accordance with applicable law, including HIPAA, and you will receive our Notice of Privacy Practices at your visit.
What we collect
- Booking requests: your name, email address, phone number, the treatment you select, your preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to include.
- Intake & consent forms: after you book, we email you personal, one-use links to complete your intake and treatment consent forms. The information you enter there is treated as confidential health information.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm your appointment, and to send you your forms.
- To contact you about your appointment by email, phone, or text message.
- To keep the records we are required to keep as a healthcare practice.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Text messaging
By providing your phone number in a booking request, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Beauty NP (such as confirmations, reminders, and your forms). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your care — we will contact you by email or phone instead.
Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to run the practice — website hosting, appointment handling, email, and our business phone/text line. They process information only on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Your choices
- You may ask us to correct or delete the contact information we hold for you.
- You may opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or ask us to contact you a specific way.
